Love-L Gold Rush

Traveler was foaled on May 23, 2017 at the Love-L Ranch. He is out of Indiana Chinook and Equiscape Sophia. He was a natural birth and Sophie is an excellent mother.

He was halter started at 3 months and knows how to put slack in the lead rope. He asks to be picked up and has gone on many an adventure without momma along. He is growing like a weed and we believe he will surpass daddy in height and athleticism.

Traveler has continued his journey and now has his first rides (thank you Tiffany McLaury!). At 4 years old, he was over 15.2 hands and built like a tank. Yet he still carries his supple, willing demeanor backed by boundless energy. He has learned how to work with cattle and I sign him up for cow clinics run by Brent Graef and Joe Wolter and Tiffany’s dad, Buster. I gave Tiffany a horse that was inquisitive with lots of go and she gave me back a horse that has that and whose mind and body never leaves me, no matter how worrying the surroundings might be. A pure joy to ride and work with! I see a lot of his dad, Chinook, in him.
